Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this site (the “Site”) collects, why, and who it is shared with. The Site is operated by Darshil, an individual based in Singapore. I aim to comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and to respect the equivalent rights of visitors from other regions.

1. What I collect

• Your email address — provided at checkout so I can deliver your download links, and, only if you opt in, to send you occasional updates.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. I do not see or store your full card number; I only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and limited order details.
• Basic usage data — standard technical information (such as pages visited) if analytics are enabled, used only in aggregate to understand and improve the Site.

2. Why I collect it

To process your purchase and deliver the files you bought, to provide support, to keep records of transactions, and — only with your consent — to send you updates. I do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Who processes data on my behalf

I use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Site. Each handles data only as needed to provide its service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your download and account emails.
• Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of the workbook files.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• [Analytics provider, if any] — aggregate usage statistics.

These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, I rely on their own safeguards and standard contractual protections.

4. How long I keep it

I keep order and email records for as long as needed to provide support, meet any legal or accounting obligations, and honour your access to purchased files. You can ask me to delete your data at any time (subject to any records I’m legally required to keep).

5. Your rights

You may request access to the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you opted in to updates, you can unsubscribe at any time. To exercise any of these, email darshil2247@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Changes

I may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
