The products sold on this site are digital goods (PDF workbooks) that are delivered immediately by download link. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

Refunds at my discretion

That said, I want you to be happy with what you buy, so I consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. I will normally issue a refund where, for example:

• you were charged twice or bought the same workbook twice by mistake;
• a genuine technical problem prevents you from downloading the file and I cannot resolve it; or
• the product was materially not as described.

What usually isn’t refundable

Because the files are delivered instantly and can be kept, I generally cannot refund simply for a change of mind after a file has been downloaded, or because the material turned out to cover something you already knew. If in doubt, the free sample content on the Site is there to help you decide before buying.

How to request a refund

Email me at darshil2247@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, with the email address you used at checkout and a short note about the problem. I aim to respond within a few days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
