This website (the “Site”) is operated by Darshil, an individual based in Singapore (“I”, “me”, or “the operator”). By using the Site or purchasing any product offered on it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site offers

The Site provides free educational material (revision notes, worked examples, and practice questions) and sells downloadable PDF workbooks for Cambridge IGCSE 0607 Extended trigonometry. All questions and materials are my own original work written in an exam style; they are not reproductions of official Cambridge past papers.

2. Not affiliated with Cambridge

This Site and its materials are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge University Press & Assessment. “IGCSE” and “Cambridge” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the syllabus the materials are designed for. No official status is implied.

3. Purchases and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. I do not receive or store your full card details. After a successful purchase, a secure, time-limited download link (valid for 7 days) is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address and to download your files within that window. If a link expires or a download fails, contact me at [YOUR EMAIL] and I will help.

4. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a workbook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study or, if you are a tutor, in your own teaching. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the purchased files with others, and you may not reproduce the materials for commercial redistribution. The materials remain my intellectual property.

5. Refunds

Because the products are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion — for example, duplicate charges or genuine technical problems accessing a file. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. No guarantee of results

The materials are provided for educational purposes to support your learning. They are offered “as is,” without any guarantee of particular exam grades or outcomes. While I take care to make the materials accurate, I do not warrant that they are free from errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from your use of the Site or its products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
